Before filling in the agen69 registration form, make sure you have a few essentials ready. You will need an active Malaysian phone number to receive the OTP verification code, a valid and accessible email address, your full name as stated on your MyKad, and your exact date of birth for age verification. That is all you need to get started — no documents are required at the initial agen69 registration stage.
To register and use the agen69 platform, you must meet the following basic eligibility requirements. First, you must be at least 18 years of age – this age limit is strictly enforced and agen69 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time through the identity verification (KYC) process. Second, you may only register one account – holding multiple accounts is a violation of agen69's terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. Third, all information you provide during registration must be accurate, genuine, and up to date.
Agen69 is a responsible online entertainment platform that takes child protection seriously. The agen69 system incorporates age verification during registration, ongoing monitoring, and a rigorous KYC process to ensure that only eligible individuals can access the platform. If you are a parent, please ensure your device has appropriate controls in place to prevent children from accessing your agen69 account.
Once you have registered an account with agen69, you can start playing immediately after your first deposit. However, to process your first withdrawal, agen69 requires you to complete the identity verification (KYC) process first. This is straightforward and typically completed within 24 business hours.
For agen69 KYC, you will need to submit a copy of your MyKad (front and back) or a valid Malaysian passport, along with a selfie holding the identification document. This is a standard industry protection measure that ensures no unauthorised party can withdraw funds from your agen69 account. Once KYC is approved, your withdrawals will be processed in under 15 minutes to your preferred payment method — whether that is Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks.
